1. Booking Your Consultation

• All consultations must be scheduled in advance using the online booking calendar.

• You may choose from:

  • 15-min Discovery Call (introductory, free or small fee).

  • 30-min Career Consultation.

  • 60-min Deep-Dive Session (CV, interview prep, or career strategy).

2. Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Payments are processed securely through [Stripe/PayPal/Squarespace Checkout].

• Discovery calls may be free or charged a symbolic fee (€10–€20) to ensure commitment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable.

• If you miss your session without notice, it will be considered used.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for missed or late cancellations.

• If I need to reschedule, you will always be offered a new time that works best for you.

5. What to Expect

• Once you schedule and complete payment, you’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email with your session details.

  • A Zoom/Google Meet link for your consultation.

  • A short pre-session questionnaire (to help me prepare for your goals).
